• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable purchase fee
• Refunds available within 45 days if less than 15% content used (see Refund Policy)

4.3 No Auto-Renewal

There is no auto-renewal or recurring subscription. Your payment is a one-time purchase that grants lifetime access. You will never be charged again automatically. No hidden fees, no surprise charges.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UPSC STUDY ACADEMY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Exam failure or poor performance
• Reliance on content provided on the Platform

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
